Oculus suspended Mac and Linux development last May in order to “focus on delivering a high quality consumer-level VR experience at launch across hardware, software, and content on Windows,” with Oculus Chief Architect Atman Binstock stating that they just “don’t have a timeline” for when Mac and/or Linux development will resume.
