Water, Not Electrical Outlet, Charges Phone
Elizabeth Palermo | January 13, 2016
Swedish startup MyFC unveiled its cool technology, dubbed JAQ, at the Consumer Electronics Show. The device, which is small enough to slip into your back pocket, is a fuel cell charger. It uses saltwater and oxygen to convert chemical energy into electricity. Then it uses that electricity to charge your phone's battery.
When one of those cards is loaded into the fuel cell, hydrogen is produced and the JAQ begins charging the user's phone – or tablet. Source: http://www.gizmag.com/myfc-jaq-fuel-cell-charger/41084/ |
