A Psychological Look at the Impact of Technology (+Podcast)

You see it everyday - people with eyes glued to their smart phones to the extent that they seem to be oblivious of the actual world around them.
What impact is this constant use of technology having on our lives and mental health - and particularly the lives of our children?
This is the topic that five local psychologists will be tackling in a series of free lunch time seminars at the Rockhampton Library this week.
One of the psychologists taking part in this is Julie Hill and she explained why this topic was chosen to focus on this week.
