2. WikiLeaks: ISPs to hand over copyright infringer details under TPP. The TPP will force ISPs to give up the details of customers who allegedly infringe copyright and allow rights holders to seek both compensatory and punitive damages as well as loss of profit, according to WikiLeaks.

"An initiative of the Goethe-Institut, the Science Film Festival was first held in 2005 in Thailand and has since grown considerably, meanwhile becoming the largest event of its kind worldwide in terms of audience reach with 580 000 visitors in 13 countries from Southeast Asia, the Middle East and North Africa in 2014. The Philippines will be hosting the Festival for the 6th time this year and looks to break last year’s record of 103,945 viewers."

"Government regulations in Indonesia mean that print collections are still the preferred resource in the region, which can restrict the number of e-resources that users are able to access.  The library contains more than 200,000 print items including books, magazines, newspapers, and bound theses (both undergraduate and postgraduate). In contrast they subscribe to 13 e-resources inclusive of e-journals and e-books."
